DESCRIPTION:Nominate online or print out the form here.\n\n\n\nWe would like to get some input on the nominations for the Business Awards. Nominees must have an "Active Membership" and must have been a member for at least one year. These nominees are those that you\, as a fellow business owner\, feel have done some and/or all of the following during 2019:\n\n	Made an impact on the vitality and economic strength of the City of Central.\n	Evidence of generosity to our community.\n	Evidence of leadership within the community by the business and/or its employees.\n	Evidence of innovative thinking and entrepreneurship. \n\n An Awards Committee will take the nominations and make a determination as to the winners. You can nominate up to 4 businesses. You may turn in only one nomination sheet from your business. Nominations have been extended through April 8th due to COVID-19.\n\n\n\nThanks\, in advance for your participation. \n\n\n\nNominate online or print out the form here.
